⁣⁣Casa Ron Ron is a one-of-a-kind home perched on the hillside overlooking a secluded bay in Playa Ocotal. It’s named after the Ron Ron tree that is integrated into the cantilevered deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.

This modern home is a 4,500+ square feet mix of glass and concrete. The entire side of the home is a wall of windows, both on the lower and upper levels, giving you sweeping ocean and nature views.⁣

Enter into the open living/dining area with access to the grand deck from each space. The sunken living space has an L-shaped dining table that accommodates 8 people, or dine al fresco on the large patio. You won’t mind cooking with the pool and ocean views offered in the large kitchen. Or lest us connect you with a private chef and leave the cooking to them! The kitchen features a 6-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and has a large breakfast bar. There is also a gas BBQ in the pool bar area. The main floor has a large laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers, plus a 2-piece bathroom.⁣

Past the kitchen is a unique wooden bridge that crosses the pool and connects the main home to the one-bedroom casita. This casita has a King bed, large closet, and bathroom with an ocean view shower. The casita has a beautiful patio overlooking the pool and the ocean.⁣

Back inside, head upstairs to the principal bedroom for breathtaking ocean views from the massive glass walls. The spacious bedroom features an en suite with a large shower, double sinks, a large closet, and a standalone soaker tub with sightlines to the ocean. Also on the second floor are the third and fourth bedrooms, each with ocean-facing glass walls and private en suite bathrooms. There’s also a sitting area with TV and beautiful views.⁣

Outside there is a large deck with lounge chairs, an L-shaped sofa, and a large infinity-edge pool with swim-up bar seating and a waterfall feature … all of this with the stunning Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. ⁣ There is also a carport with space for 2 vehicles.

This home is perched high in the hills of Playa Ocotal. You are just a 5-minute drive to Playa Ocotal and another 5-minute drive to the downtown of Playas del Coco. Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia is a 40-minute drive. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Playa Ocotal and Playas del Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Enjoy the plethora of restaurants and activities in the area, then retire to the peace and tranquility of this beautiful vacation home.

We highly recommend guests have a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! The home is perched high in the hills and is not easily accessible by foot. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.

Please note that we do not have Uber or Lyft services here. We can provide you with local taxi driver numbers but, for guests that do not want a rental car, we highly recommend a private driver for a stress-free vacation.
