A great place to stay

We were in Denver visiting family and this house was perfect for us! It was in a great location with places within walking distance to dine out. Marina was the best host! She was very welcoming and the communication was great! This will be our go to spot next time we're in town.

Love it in LoHi

We stayed in this fantastic home with our fur-monster and absolutely loved it. It's a short walk to great food and lovely parks. Our host, Marina, was super-gracious and a pleasure to work with. We'll be back!

Family visit for Thanksgiving

This Osage property was perfect for a family trip to Denver. My 2 dogs loved the house and the backyard (and they were huge fans of being able to supervise the neighborhood from the front window 😁). The kitchen was perfect for cooking up Thanksgiving treats and have everything a cook would need. This is a great spot and we would highly recommend it!

Thanks for staying! I'm glad you and your family had a good time and were able to enjoy the convenience of this location. It's great to hear your dogs enjoyed the space, too. I hope the kitchen was well-equipped for your holiday cooking. I strive to provide a comfortable stay for all my guests, including their furry friends. Thanks again for your kind review and hope to host y'all again soon! Happy holidays!

AMAZING!

I can’t begin to say how wonderful Marina’s place is. The pictures do not do justice. Marina made us feel so welcome and her place is state of the art….in a very cool way. I highly recommend staying here. The location is in a very trendy part of town with a lot of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. I will definitely come back in the future.

Superb!

We just stayed in this absolute gem of a property. The location was incredibly convenient. The property itself was immaculate and all manner of conveniences were thoughtfully provided. I have stayed at VRBOs (and previously HomeAway) properties for over a decade. This was a superb experience! I can safely say you would be hard put to find a better, or kinder host. Marina, thank you so much! We had a really wonderful stay. We are looking forward to coming back very soon. Wishing you very happy holidays and the best for the new year!

Why they chose this property

I chose to live in LoHi because it perfectly balances historic character with a bustling, energetic lifestyle. It stands out as one of Denver's most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods, making it an ideal base for both a connected professional life and a dynamic social routine.

What makes this property unique

This 1906 standalone bungalow stands out in the Lower Highlands as a rare historic gem amidst the neighborhood's modern townhomes, retaining classic elements like interior exposed brick and a welcoming front porch. The property sits in an exceptional hyper-local location just steps from LoHi’s best dining staples like Root Down, El Five, and Avanti.
