The Chic Chalet

Relaxing getaway, complete with a hot tub, sauna and wood fired stove! This cozy lakefront chalet is perfect for a girls trip, a romantic getaway, or a weekend with the family. Complete with paddle boat, kayaks, fire pit, games, puzzles, not to mention a beautiful view of Lake Audubon. All inside the gated community of Innsbrook, you'll never want to leave!

The house is nestled in the woods with a nice flat walk to the dock. There is also a zero-entry rock bed making it easy to wade into the lake and use the boats from (1 paddle boat and 2 kayaks available on property).

Sleeping arrangements allow for up to 8 people (recommended 6):
Loft:

- Chair that folds out to a twin (1)

Living room:
- Queen pull out couch (2)
- Sofa (1)

Alternative sleeping options include a Queen blow up mattress and pack n' play available for use.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used linens in a pile on the main floor, including robes.
Please empty trash bins and take with you to the trash receptacles near the entrance to Innsbrook (go past the main gate and it will be on the right hand side after the market)
Please empty the refrigerator and take any leftover food with you. Make sure the hot tub cover is on and secured, and any condensation on the sauna floor is wiped up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cabin was great, perfect access to a smaller lake and ideal for paddle board, canoe or swimming for the kids. Appreciate the water filter pitcher in refrigerator as innsbrook water is not the best, so helpful to have that plus bottled water. Space is best for small family with two beds in the loft and two couches on main floor. Enjoyed our time!

We absolutely loved our weekend here! We chose it based off a recommendation of a friend who had done a girls weekend at this property and it was the perfect space for us to do the same. The owner was super quick to respond to any questions we had and the house and environment are so beautiful. We could easily take the kayaks or the paddle boat out on the lake, sit on the back porch and sign into streaming platforms for a movie night. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back again!

Easy to find, relaxing from the dock to the comfortable beds! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing & slow pace- this is what you need!! You also have access to the gated communities pool with a lazy river, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, kayaks & paddle boat! it was a much needed break from our fast passed life! Great hosts too!!! We will be back for sure!!!

We loved our stay! It was everything we had hoping. My favorite part was taking out the kayaks any time we wanted. We don’t travel often so this was the perfect getaway for us. Would highly recommended and would consider staying again. The place was clean and super cute.
