New, fully equipped villa with various facilities and modern conveniences. Private pool with hydromassage, heated upon request (with extra charge), barbecue area and playground for children will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Located just one minute walking distance to famous Psaromoura beach and five minute walking distance to the center of beautiful Agia Pelagia village, which you can reach also with our bicycles. Comfortable and spacious rooms will let you relax and enjoy your stay in Crete.

Kladissos Villa is set on 3 floors, all modernly furnished.
It features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Upper floor consists of a living room with dining table, kitchen, bedroom with convertible sofa and bathroom with shower. The living room leads on to a panoramic balcony overlooking the sea, garden and swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, bathroom with shower and laundry room. There is also a big balcony overlooking the swimming pool, which you can access from the double bedroom.
The lower floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette.
