Guest Policies & Important Information

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, please note the following:

Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly only. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per reservation applies. This fee is not included in the reservation total and will be manually added and charged after booking.

Unauthorized pets or violations of the dog-only policy will result in a $300 fine.

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors will incur a $250 fine.

Left Items: We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind. If you'd like an item shipped back, a $25 handling fee plus shipping charges will apply.

Extended Stays: Reservations exceeding 21 days will incur an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually charged after confirmation.

Late Check-Outs: Any unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.
