Welcome to this newly updated retreat just minutes from the Smoky Mountains! The home is centrally located between the Smokies and downtown Knoxville and is setup for vacationers and explorers of all types! The spacious living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and lots of natural light through the large windows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a Keurig Duo in the kitchen for your morning cups of coffee! The private dining area has a large table that seats six. The house has three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The full bathroom on the main level also has a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The upstairs game room area includes a pool table, foosball table, and a Smart TV -- as well as additional seating -- all designed for hours of fun! There is a washer/dryer inside the laundry room on the first level and the house also includes free high-speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, you`ll love spending time on the decks enjoying the fresh air. The hot tub is also located in the privacy of a covered patio and is a great place to relax after a fun day of sightseeing and adventure. There is plenty of seating to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. A BBQ grill is also available to take advantage of a cookout and enjoy a picnic!

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
