At just 800 m from Paris, the apartment is located in Montrouge, close to a subway station. In a small high-end quiet modern building, it is 46 sqm, including one bedroom and a balcony looking at gardens.

Located very close to Paris (less than one km), the apartment is in the city of Montrouge, just behind Porte d'Orleans, in the south of Paris, and close to Mairie de Montrouge subway station (direct to/from Montparnasse, Saint Germain, Saint Michel, Cite Island, Chatelet Les Halles, Gare du Nord, etc.).
In a small high-end modern building, the apartment is 46 sqm with one bedroom (queen size bed), one 20-sqm living room with one sofa bed, an open kitchen, and an 8-sqm balcony. It can accommodate 2 adults as there is only 1 real bed. The apartment was renovated in December 2019.
Facing southwest, the apartment is bright and quiet as the building is not on the street.
Ideal for those who want to stay for a couple of weeks in Paris being very close to it and enjoying a quiet environment.
