Paddle boating, canoeing and a row boat for your use, and an anchored dock for your summertime fun. This is the last cottage on a dead-end private road. Firepit and grill for nighttime barbeques and smores. Less than 10 minutes to grocery store, movie theater and bowling for rainy summer days. For the adventurer, a 20-minute drive to Wells Transportation Depot, where you can jump on the Downeaster for a train ride north to Freeport for outlet shopping or go south to Boston for a day trip.
Parking for up to 3 vehicles.
