We welcome you to experience and enjoy a truly tranquil and picturesque stay in this modern oasis known simply as Villa Ivan. This Villa, completely renovated in 2013, is situated on the hills of Nečujam, on the island of Šolta, and offers all of the modern amenities only steps away from the crystal clear Adriatic sea, along with an added old world dalmatian flare. This marvelous FOUR STAR Villa finished in stucco, and covered with stone, and clay tiled roof can accommodate up to nine guests comfortably. The Villa is set behind an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking spaces. From the parking area, the house can be easily accessed for all types of guests. When you arrive, you will see a ground floor layout designed with an open floor plan including a large modern kitchen, dining area, living room and even a fireplace. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and it is also linked to the dining area, which is furnished with a spectacularly large rectangular table made of wood and chairs capable of seating eight people. In the living room, you and your loved ones can sink into the two comfortable couches which extend into a double beds. You can also choose from hundreds of international channels on satellite TV. The sliding doors invite you to explore outside and you will find a covered terrace and breathtaking pool as also sunbathing patio surrounded by olive trees. The ground floor also houses one bedroom which is ideal for older guests, as well as having three more upstairs on the second floor. The largest double bedded room on the second floor has a terrace which is ideal private place for sipping coffee and reading magazine or favourite book in the morning. A glass picture window allows you to go to bed and wake up facing the sea and sun. There are two more rooms, one double bedded and another with two single beds. Each bedroom has an air conditioning and full bathroom with a shower.
The Villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery and there are a lot of activities to do such as:
 sunbathing and swimming, scuba diving, fishing, water skiing, sailing,
 mountain cycling, hiking, rock climbing,
 playing tennis, go paintball, visit archery club, go on the boat excursion to Split, Trogir and around island,
 go to farms where you can see how the oil („liquid gold“), wine or honey is made, explore old villages and enjoy traditional dalmatian architecture, visit galleries and open exhibitions.
It is our mission and plan to make your stay at Villa Ivan and the island of Šolta as pleasant as possible and therefore have equipped the house and grounds with a variety of equipment that we believe will suit your every need.
