Very close to Warner and Universal Studios. Accommodate four. Burbank airport and major highway entrance a few block away.Buses and groceries less the one block away. This area of North Hollywood is perfect whether you are traveling for work or for leisure. The close access to stores like Target, CVS Pharmarcy, Enterprise Car Rental and the tranquil and green Victory Vineland recreation center will make you feel at home. Also, the Burbank Airport, Amtrak Station, the Highway 5, and Public Transportation Buses will give you a quick access to the rest of the city at an amazing price. Wonderful Two-Month Stay

We spent almost two months at this property, and it was wonderful! It is located in a complex with many friendly people. The apartment is clean, and the bedroom is spacious. Our only complaint is that the stove area was pretty tight--hard for two people to use the stove/oven at the same time. It comes with a parking spot. Friends who visited had no trouble finding parking within a couple of blocks. It was very convenient: 1 block from Target, a good street taco stand, food trucks and a couple of very good restaurants.

Neat and tidy- Great for two- supplies were furnished-provided for cooking, cleaning and relaxing- a Welcome Basket greeted us, very nice and thoughtful Not that we spent our time watching TV all day, BUT, when we did , I found it confusing trying to figure out the remotes for cable-TV access Secure, gated, good parking, clean apartment and complex

Our Stay in north Hollywood

It was okay, I was expecting a little more. Problem with Hot Water for Showers, parking is very small, very hard to tell which spot you are suppose to use (We were # 34) but very hard to tell if your in the right spot. Location was so-so. The Apartment was very nice though just the location wasn't in the best of locations.

Roomy with all the comforts of home.

This was a great place to stay, about 15 minutes from Hollywood . It was nice to have gated parking with a clicker to get in and out of the lot. Very roomy 2 story with a large kitchen area. Stocked with all the basics, which was very nice.

Great place, great location and great customer service.

The home was very clean, the owner was very nice and made sure we had everything we could possibly need to make our stay very comfortable. We had no problems with the area/neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Townhouse

Great place and near various things! Townhouse included everything I needed from dishes to a laundry basket! Had no issues with check in/out! Parking spot available in gate so that was convenient! Overall would definitely recommend if looking for a spacious and cozy place!

Good Find in Los Angeles!

The property is comfortable and welcoming; the owners texted after our arrival to be sure all was well and were very helpful with arrival information. The place is clean and has good space; the owners added personal touches to make it cozy. Neighborhood is safe and quiet, close to a lot of things. The owners left wine, snacks and beverages which was going above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

This townhouse is a great value. The outside doesn't look great but the inside is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner is very attentive and wants to be sure you have everything you need. The building is secure. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. Owner left us cold drinks in the fridge, a bottle of wine and snacks. We felt VERY welcomed. Bed is comfortable. Less than 2 miles to Burbank Airport. Not far from Universal Studios.

Great Location, Clean and Cozy place.

It's in a good location, close to Venice Beach, Disneyland, Etc (Less than 45 min drive) It was nice and clean when we got there, Claudia is a great host and always made sure we had what we needed. Wish they offered monthly deals as I would've booked for longer. Very nice price compared to a hotel, and here you get way more privacy and quiet if you need to do any work. Very nice to come home too after a long day at the beach.

Great family bolthole in California

We found Claudia and Simone to be excellent hosts. No problems finding the property with their directions and house as per description and picture. It was very thoughtful to have the basket with wine and snacks provided on arrival and the kitchen was excellently stocked. It made it really easy for us as a family to self-cater for meals at home and also for out as there is good tupperware provision! It was particularly hot when we stayed so Claudia also left us an extra air con unit for downstairs which was much needed. We stayed for a week and enjoyed taking the kids to Disneyland for 3 days (about 45 minutes drive away if you avoid rush hour), plus Griffith Park a couple of times which has has great facilities for kids plus the zoo and Autry museum. Also enjoyed the California Science Center with the Endeavour exhibit which is also nearby. There's a Target a block away for handy shopping. We'd absolutely recommend it as a place to stay in the LA area. Thanks Claudia and Simone!

Worth every penny!

Great owners! Open communication and closely located. Very nice apartment, clean and perfectly suited for 2-4 people. Nice neighborhood in the middle of everything we visited in the Valley. Can't wait to visit them again. Highly recommended!!!

Why they chose this property

It is very close to us so when we have friends and family over for few months we have a comfortable place to offer to them. The house is in a safe environment, close to Target, main transit.

What makes this property unique

There is a lot of us in this apartment, the pictures you see on the wall are all taken by Simone, unique art work on drawer chest is hand made by Simone's grandmother from Italy. This is not just a rental place, it is a home.
