Welcome to our Family friendly neighbourhood. newly renovated spacious lower unit basement apartment, with private side entrance, convenient keyless check-in and out, and one free parking spot.

1 sofa bed in the living room (1 person can sleep comfortably)
Fully equipped kitchen with pan and pots.
Washer and dryer (Full access)
We provide professional cleaning after every check-out.
Spacious living space with couch, and a flat 45 screen TV with high-speed internet.
Guest can access entire apartment (lower unit of the house) from the right side of the house.
Other things to note
Early check-in or drop-off luggage
Normally check-in is at or after 3pm and check-out is around 11am but I can be flexible with the check-in and out depending on the departure/arrival of the previous or next guests
2 minutes walking distance to public bus stop
6 minutes drive to erindale go train
5 minutes drive to Nofrills supermarket
7 Minutes drive to Walmart supermarket
2 minutes drive to convenience store and coffee shops
