Country Living Close to the Beach!
Brand new home! Fully stocked with private backyard that has an outdoor TV, gas BBQ, and plenty of seating. 10 minute drive to Destin or Miramar Beaches. Close to golf courses, fishing, water activities and tons of restaurants and shopping. First floor has an open concept, large kitchen island, and dining table for 8. Second floor has the Master Suite with comfy King bed, huge walk in closet and bath with separate shower and tub. 2 Queen beds, and bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Laundry room is located on upper level as well. We have beach chairs, wagon, cooler for your use as well. the rental does not allow access to the garage but there is driveway parking for 4 cars.
