We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the view of the Gulf was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here. It was clean & comfortable. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath we stayed in was a spacious split plan, with balconies on both sides of condo. The beautiful beach was only steps away on the west side, and shops & restaurants on the east side. Fold up beach chairs were available to take to the waters edge…we appreciated not having to bring our own. You do have to climb outside stairs to get to your room, which wasn’t a problem for us, unless it was raining. I recommend this condo.

The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to great restaurants, dolphin cruises, and stores for all your last minute grocery needs. The property manager was very attentive. He contacted us after we got there to make sure the check-in went well.

Perfect spot on the beach only wish they're wasn't so many flights of stairs. Very difficult for people in their 60s to haul luggage up, maybe a pulley system? Other than that it was beautiful.

Had trash on back deck cans Blinds were broke couldn't close them the whole week. Ants every where in kitchen had to throw away a ton of food got into bread and chips and other food had to buy ant spary and traps i reported to Host he was about worthless shower was un finished furniture and place is very out dated Toliet leaks into the floor in matet bed room also reported to Andrew the host. Never got fixed the whole week you go to bathroom and floors soaked only thing nice about place is the view i have MS and Parkinsons and had to climb up 3 flights of stairs host never stated no elevators. After checked and reported everything wrong Host just stopped answering Guess he got my 3000 for a week. I WILL NOT RENT FROM Them again the place is not worth it so so so outdated for that price ohh and air unit sucked was 77 degrees didnt cool at all.

Good communication with owner, easy check in, beautiful view. Great private beach area.Easy walking to restaurant but a front bedroom could hear bar music and was very noisy until 10:00 pm. Living room chairs were not comfortable. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

The Good: fabulous view, great location, comfortable bed, everything in unit worked, host communicated well, sheltered parking.For consideration of improvement: TP provided was as cheap as it gets, no kleenex in unit--these may seem like nitpicks but for the price charged the 'small things' should not be done on the cheap. Parking was VERY tight. Would be helpful to have a one-pager on how to use the TV, I figured it out OK but some may find it hard. Kitchen supplies (pots/pans, etc.) were low-budget and somewhat sparse--this was not an issue for us, but if you are eating in the unit a lot it may be a bit of a challenge.Overall we had a great stay.

Very clean and amazing location. Literally right on the beach and off Bridge St. Free trolly in the area is nice too. More tp would be nice, lol. Our parking spot was a bit tight and no elevator but definitely not an issue.

Wondeful location on the ocean. Very spacious and great 2 bed 2 bath combo. Slight issues with some of the lights and chairs. While Andrew was very pleasant, we werent able to connect at ideal times. Love the place though!

4-4.5 star stay. Host provided clear instructions and was responsive. Location, perfect. Directly on Bradenton beach with fantastic balcony view, and across the street from Bridge street, so shops/food all walkable. Beach chairs available for use. Condo could use some updating/aesthetic improvements, but everything we needed was in working order. Pay attention, as described it is minimally stocked and items commonly found in other VRBOs were not here such as shampoo, shower soap, coffee items, wine opener (not a problem, just to be mindful of).

Beachfront location is second to none. Overall property is in need of some maintenance and upgrades to make it the premier property expected at this price point. Tv in one bedroom didn't work, King bath exhaust fan didnt work. Living room furniture had patio type chairs ((uncomfortable). One drawer front was broken, shelves missing from refrigerator door, no frying pan. No way ro raise or lower window blinds throughout. Caulk on K BR shower door frame is cracked and moldy. Floor in Q BR shower is cracked and squishy feeling. Interior doors squeaked like a haunted house. Deck bar top appears to be rotting with chunk missing. Impression is that owners are investing just enough to get by. I understand that the hurricane may have hit hard but this rental and location deserve better.

The good: amazing view of the water and the beach. I loved waking up and hearing the sounds of the waves. location was perfect. We could walk to tons of shops and restaurants.The not so good: furniture located on the balcony was not very comfortable. There was also only three chairs so when we had four people in the condo, we were not able to have that person sit down. The garage was incredibly tight and I actually did some damage to my car trying to park in it. We were also told the unit had a washer and dryer, but both appliances had notes on them stating they did not work. when I reached out to the manager, he stated that they did work so I washed towels in the washing machine and the spin cycle did not work. So they were left in the washing machine, soaking wet. I reached out to the manager several times with various issues and did not hear back from him for several hours. the binder that is located in the condo has inaccurate information such as that there is a grill which there is not and also to reach out to the office manager if you had a second vehicle. when I reached out to him, he said I absolutely could not have the second vehicle. He said this was noted in the original listing, but I could not find it.So again amazing location, but I would probably pick a different place to stay if I were to return to this area
