- Additional household supplies are easily available at Rancho San Miguel supermarket, just down the street.

*Some parts of Oak Park are still economically distressed. This block is one of the safer feeling blocks.
*Please be aware, transient people live dynamically throughout some local spots around, like many areas of Sacramento. Unhoused situation remains subject to change daily. Usually fairly avoidable. Be aware of your surroundings. Use common sense.
- Overall, Oak Park area is transitioning upwards from rougher decades ago.

*Be aware of feral cats in neighborhood. Unfortunately, these cats are not your fur babies. Please don’t encourage them onto the property! These cats would love to mark their territory real close to you. PLEASE HELP US KEEP THE PROPERTY SANITARY BY AVOIDING THESE CATS! They haven’t had any shots for disease immunization. (Completely different than the spayed indoor cats that belong to the neighbors). While they do keep rodents away, they kill songbirds.
