Enjoy the indoor pool/hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, shuffle board, and Sassy Bass restaurant...plus being steps away from the beach!!

The Space:
Located directly near Kiva Dunes golf course in Fort Morgan, you can enjoy the serenity and seclusion that the area has to offer! If you like to escape the hustle and bustle of the heart of Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan is the place for you!

Sit back, enjoy the incredible amenities, the beach, and the golf course on site!

Gulf Shores Plantation is located directly on the left once you pass the security guard. Unit 4304 is located in building D which is the first building you will see on the left.

Drive past the lobby entrance to park and you will see the elevator located on the left side of the lobby.

Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and unit 4304 will be located on the right side!

Once you walk into the unit, you will immediately see the storage closet on the left where you have access to beach toys, beach chairs, beach cart, and more!

Walking into the fully stocked kitchen, you will see a kitchen island that has 2 barstools and more kitchen items!

Enjoy the dining table that sits 4 so the whole family can sit together!

Located on the right wall across from the living room is the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom features bunk queen beds and a trundle twin bed. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and single vanity.


Located near the balcony entry is the primary bedroom on the right. This gorgeous bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with single vanity/tub-shower combo.

Enjoy the private balcony access with beach views and that gulf breeze!

Guest Access:
Each guest will have access to everything inside the unit and private balcony access.

You will also have access to the community indoor pool/sauna, exterior pool, tennis courts, and laundromat.

To access the indoor pool/sauna you will need to use the white key fab located inside the unit.

To wash/dry clothes, you can use the community facilities which costs $2 to wash and $2 to dry.

The Neighborhood:
Gulf Shores Plantation has so many unique features that will keep you busy throughout your stay! Enjoy the amenities, close access to the beach, and close proximity to Kiva Dunes Golf Course!

Also enjoy the close proximity to the fort of Fort Morgan to learn about the history of the Civil War.

If you want to take the day to visit Dauphin Island, hop on the 30-40 min ferry ride across Mobile Bay!

Getting Around:
You will get up to 2 free parking passes for your stay. When approaching the guard, let them know you're staying in Gulf Shores Plantation 4304 and they will provide you with your needed passes.

You can park directly on by the complex for quick access to the elevators.
