Underwhelming
This property, while worked fine for sleeping, was underwhelming in all other aspects of a house rental. The rental was clean and prepped for new arrivals, but we were provided with nothing more than the bare minimum. Each room only had two towels, and despite the note, there were no extras in the closet. The bathrooms did not have rugs which caused a bit of a slipping hazard. The TV speaker was broken and unusable, and the temperature in the house was unbearable. Each day the thermostat reset and by night the temperature was close to 80 degrees; it took several hours for the house to cool down which inevitably kept my children from sleeping well. There were no bedroom fans in the smaller bedrooms nor were there oscillating fans available to use in any of the closets.
Additionally, the faucet water smelled foul and was undrinkable due to its taste. There was not a filter available that we could find either. There were also not check out instructions, so we just did the best we could.
Last, if you are sensitive to smells, I would not recommend this property. The sheets and the towels we definitely washed in a highly scented detergent.
