About this property

Historic Pendleton SC

A ideal location less then 10 minutes away from Clemson University & 15 - 20 minutes away from the Beautiful SC lakes!

There is a shuttle bus that will take you to Clemson on Game Days! The shuttle will start the pick up 3 hours before the game & will run the whole game, it will return you back to the entrance of the housing development up to 2 hours after the game is over. It is FREE!

The home has a cozy living area, 3 full size bed rooms, & a pull out sofa. 1 half bath downstairs, & 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one is a Jack and Jill style! Kitchen area is very equipped with all necessary needs!

Additionally we have a community pool, and a pergola right outside the back doors, that has seating & fireplaces!

The community pool is available for our guest, there will be a key card left inside the home for you to have access. (Lost key card will have a fee of $50)

Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole entire home. The driveway will fit 4 cars. Additional parking will be along the road, but please be caution with others houses & driveways.

Note - Co-Host Dariann is available for any emergency or additional needs.

We had a great visit in the Pendleton home. Everything was in working order. The amenities were readily available as indicated. It is a perfect location for access to Clemson, Pendleton, and the Anderson areas. Dariann was a very responsive host. She was readily available if needed and she responded very quickly to my inquiries and questions. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks Dariann!

Attended Collegiate track meet at Clemson University

I want to start by mentioning that the host was quick to respond and communicated effectively. As for the stay, the location is convenient, situated between Clemson University and the city of Anderson, just 10 to 15 minutes from either direction. The townhome was clean, nicely decorated, and met all the needs of my traveling group. If you’re looking for a place to stay while attending any events at Clemson University, this is definitely the ideal choice.

Easy commute to T. Ed Garrison

We were in town for a horse show and had a super easy and relaxing stay here. The sidewalks were great for walking the baby in her stroller and we ate lunch in the common area outside a few times. I have an older son who would have enjoyed this as well as he could have rode his bike and played soccer in the common areas. The townhouse felt brand new.
