Desert Riviera is a brand new condo located in Escondido at Sienna Hills. With its open concept main floor, it's a great place to spend family time! You'll find a large well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. In the living area is a large sectional to seat the whole family. There is laundry conveniently located in the condo for your use. On the main floor is the master bedroom with private en-suite. Upstairs you'll find the guest suite and bunk room each with a private bathroom. Off the main living area downstairs is a patio with seating, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or whenever you want some fresh air!
Escondido is a brand new community so will have construction around the neighborhood. You will have access to the pickleball court and the community pool is now open!
Looking for Adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is less than an hour away, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are 15-20 min. Located just minutes away from tons of shopping and restaurants in Washington, and downtown St. George is only 15 min away. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience. Parking: The home has a small garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from support vehicle. There are extra long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs. There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.

Our stay was perfect for us although we ended up with fewer family members coming with us. It was clean , comfortable, amenities were great, wish we had more time to enjoy them. It was nice having a code to the entrance that was easy to remember. Host was very helpful.
Loved this beautiful home and all the nice touches of owners. Snacks at check in, binder with things in the area, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Check out was quick and easy. Home very clean.

We had a great experience at this property. The house was clean and easy to get to. I also loved the amount of appliances available for use.
I also appreciated the quick response of the property owner when I had missed seeing a text message.
Perfect Getaway! Great for the St. George IM 70.3!
The property is located in a new development in a growing part of St. George. It was quiet, clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. While our stay was only for a single family, the location is large enough to accommodate a few families comfortably. We were visiting the area for the Ironman 70.3 St. George, and the location was perfect for the race. It was easy to get in and out of downtown, a very short drive to restaurants or shopping, and very proximal to a segment of the bike course as well! As a bonus, the ease of leveraging the garage made for a stay that felt like being at home. Definitely recommend this location!
This vacation rental was one of the best we’ve rented. This place is in brand new community and is immaculate! Felt like we were the first ones to ever step foot in the house. Everything was spotless clean. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the bunk beds so much we just let all the kids sleep in the room together. There is shopping close by. Zion National Park was only about 45 minutes away. I truly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our time. The kids loved the pool and the lazy river. Sadly, the slide was out of service at the pool area. The bedrooms and kitchen were great. The TV service was nice being able to log-in to your own apps and set them to automatically log off on departure. Only complaints were: the cleaning service apparently missed a used wash-cloth from a prior guest in one of the bathrooms which got left behind and the door code only worked the front door to the apartment, not the garage door code. Both minor issues in an otherwise very clean and well kept property.
We had a ton of family staying here. I loved all the bunk beds to easily fit our family of 6. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. We loved the labels on the light switches! Super helpful. The only thing we were all a little disappointed about was the quality of soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. It seems as if it was watered down maybe? It just didn't produce suds. And the fan in the bunk bed room didn't work, but there was a box fan provided, so that was nice.
Would definitely stay there again.

We came to the area for a softball tournament. This home was perfect for our 3 families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so each family had their own space. The neighborhood is quiet, the area is beautiful, and there are food options and stores close by. We will be back!

This place was great! Beds were good. House was clean and beautiful. We had a great stay. Communication between us and owner was good too. Would definitely rent again!
This place was amazingly clean. It still smelled new
It had adequate supplies The bunk room was awesome for our grandkids. We felt very at home here and would rent it again without any hesitation
Each room had a large bed & bathroom. We were just a pack of 3 and there was plenty of space. They've really laid out all the spare beds well and made great use of the space. You could comfortably fit a lot more people in the space.
Place was clean, check in/out was straightforward, no complaints.
This was a lovely property, very clean, and well stocked.
The property manager was great to work with and we
enjoyed a relaxing time as we celebrated our 46th anniversary.
Property was vary nice in an easily accessible location not too far from the freeway. Slept our family and some friends very efficiently and was a nice change from the day to day grind.
Would recommend as a place to get away from the daily grind.
