Welcome to Coastal Vibes, a renovated oceanfront studio offering breathtaking Gulf views and all the comforts of home. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee while watching the waves or cooking a cozy meal in the well-equipped kitchenette, this is your perfect beachside escape.
Unwind with a relaxing evening in, or take advantage of the shared outdoor pool just steps away. After a day on the sand, rinse off at the convenient outdoor showers before heading back inside.
Located on the beachside of the resort, you're in the heart of it all—just minutes from Pier Park, Gulf World, St. Andrews State Park, Walmart (two nearby), restaurants, shops, and more!
Fontainebleau Terrace Resort Amenities:
• Oceanfront swimming pool (partially covered)
• BBQ grills & covered picnic tables
• Beach volleyball court
• Shuffleboard courts
• Outdoor showers
• Direct beach access
• Parking onsite
• Located near Pier Park, Gulf World, restaurants, mini golf, arcades & nightlife
Booking Notes & House Rules:
• Primary renter must be 21+ and must stay in the condo for the entire duration of the booking.
• Wristbands: 4 guest wristbands and 1 parking pass provided – Missing wristbands will incur a $50 replacement fee each upon departure.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
• No smoking/vaping (inside or on the balcony)
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Golf carts are not permitted on property
