A beach-like atmosphere, plush beach towels, lush landscaping and secluded pool-side living. A night sky perfect for star gazing. Down filled sofas, large screen TV. Chef's indoor kitchen and outdoor Weber grill. Posh king and queen bedrooms. Two full bathrooms, a walk in shower and a deep cast iron bath tub. Ethernet connection with fast wifi, dedicated work space. Roller blading on our new paves, tunes from the ice cream truck.
Minutes to PGA golf and tennis, Mets baseball, award winning beaches, seafood, shopping, concerts and entertainment, PSL River Walk, botanical gardens, cruises, boating, fishing, nature walks, biking and much more. Charming upscale neighborhood a few blocks from all that St. Lucie West has to offer.
The House - Key west colors and design style complete with plantation shutters. Casual coastal decor in the living room with a large down filled sofa and loveseat (Loveseat is a sofa bed) . Large screen TV, Blu-ray player and Roku streaming guest service. Full pallet of classic and contemporary games, books and puzzles. Carefree tile and bamboo flooring.
Two luxury bedrooms, one king and one queen, and plenty of warm and cozy blankets. Ceiling fans. Two full bathrooms with skylights. Quality bath supplies.
A chef's kitchen with premium appliances, Maytag stove/oven, LG refrigerator. Assorted quality cookware, K-cup and regular coffee makers, vitamix blender, cuisinart, microwave, old fashioned orange juicer, waffle maker, toaster, baking supplies and more. Quaint and cozy indoor dining area with butcher block table and swivel chairs. Open the French doors to poolside dining, a swim or a nap in the hammock surrounded by the lush landscaping. The home has an outdoor electric Weber Grill, easy to use and care for.

The Backyard, Screened Lanai and Pool -- The landscaping is lush for ultra privacy.
The pool has a salt water filter. The water feels silky and soft and is gentler on your skin, eyes and hair. Pool is professionally cleaned weekly.
There are plenty of outdoor lounge and beach chairs and pool toys. Some you can take to the beach. Ceiling fans with remote controls. Conversational seating as well as a dining table for four. Electric Weber grill with easy to clean teflon grills.
Guests remark about how beautiful and perfectly clean the house is, how it felt spacious and had everything they needed.
