Gorgeous tiny house in the Heart of Bishop Arts! The most romantic place for a weekend getaway or a fun stay in town. Nestled in its private quarters, this gem is in the middle of the full array of coffee places, restaurants, bars boutiques and all that shopping!

The house is 230 square feet with 11 feet ceilings! Has two lovely outdoor private areas reserved exclusively for you. Queen size bed with a premium mattress toper, a sitting area (has been used as a dedicated work space by previous guests) and a couch with storage space inside for longer stays as we have had guests stay for months at a time. We’ve recently added a TV! The bathroom has with toiletries, hairdryer, iron, iron board and a small emergency kit.
You will find everything you need to have a fantastic stay. It is beautifully decorated with soft blue tones, and within this cozy atmosphere you will feel at home.

The main house is in a conservation district. We have maintained all of the beauty and charm of the neighborhood. And this tiny house is cuddled safely inside the gated backyard.

You'll given a keyless access code to enter both the gate and your space so you can use that at whatever time during your stay. Your place has two outdoor private areas. I little porch with tables and chairs and also another covered sitting area.

They are two outdoor spaces reserved for you, an outdoor porch and a sitting area with a table and chairs. There will be a couple of other cars parked inside the backyard however this listing doesn’t come with parking so you can use the free parking available in the street.

We are located in Prime Location:
- About 50 restaurants, coffee shops and stores all waking distance right outside the house!
-5 minute walk to Dallas Streetcar that goes downtown.
-10 minute drive to Downtown Dallas, Aquarium, Perot Museum, Dallas Museum of Modern Art, Winspear Opera House, Dallas Convention Center, American Airlines Center, amongst others.
-5 minute drive to Methodist Hospital

Tiny House has a premium air conditioning system that keeps the place cool in the hottest summers in Dallas (40 degrees or plus) and also warm in the winter. We have additional heaters and portable fans depending on guests’ preferences available upon request.
