Capaci

We had a wonderful time and Enzo and his wife were very accommodating. We were close enough to Palermo to enjoy the sights. The house was very clean and neat and well supplied.

Who is in Capaci, have the convenience of able to visit the most beautiful cities of art and
the natural beauty of western Sicily a few kilometers along.
Choose Capaci means to make an exciting holiday between sea and land, in fact, just a day trip to get to know a city like:
Palermo (20 km away - 25 min) continuing
Monreale, Mondello, Ustica Island, Cefalu, Soluntum, Nature Reserves.
Still a few kilometers in the province of Trapani (Distance 100 km - about 1 hour)
You can visit the Riserva dello Zingaro, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice,
Saline di Trapani, the island of Mozia, Marsala, Salemi and Mazara del Vallo.
In the province of Agrigento (Distance 150 km - about 2 hours) The magnificent 'Valley of the Temples'
Basically, a combination of beach holiday and culture.

What makes this property unique

Capaci is an excellent destination for those on a self-catering holiday, with plenty of food shops and supermarkets to be found. Those that prefer to eat out can take their pick from a number of restaurants both in the town and near the sea front, a large proportion of which specialise in some of the freshest seafood imaginable. The centre of Capaci is also home to a number of historical buildings, including the baroque Cathedral Church, which imposes itself in the centre of town and houses a number of works of art that date back to the 18th Century.

The traditional taverns around the town centre of a great place to meet some of the friendly locals and experience a side of Sicily that not all tourists immerse themselves in. Those wishing for a more vibrant and touristic nightlife can make the short journey into nearby Palermo, which has a number of late bars and nightclubs to cater for all tastes.
