Ideal for family summer or winter getaways. Located only steps from the cottage is a host owned waterfront lot with lakeside deck, providing guests private access to the sandy beach of Lake Nipissing. Enjoy swimming, water sports, boating, fishing and stunning sunsets. Large grassy front/backyard with BBQ and firepit. Walking distance to restaurants/shops and a 5 minute drive to the marina and casino.
Guests have free us of stand-up paddleboards, canoe, kayaks and a peddleboat.
