Frustrating
I received a text about verification. I had to put in my phone number, got a code, enter the code. choose next, then the program would cycle back to Enter your phone number. I came to Florida because of my brother dying, and I didn't have time to mess with your program. Next problem came when we were given an address no building name. We had to call and find out which building our rental was in. Then we found the building but didn't know how to access the parking garage. So we called again and we were told to download Cell gate. we were finally able to park correctly, Then we needed to get into the apartment, but had to down load the unlocking app. So we were calling again and the person on the phone didn't really know how to work the app. The neighbor across the hall helped us get in. Later we helped another neighbor, who was on the phone to you, get into their apartment. So we thought we were okay but the floors were filthy. they looked okay but after walking on it in barefeet, I had dirt, sticky stuff and black hair on my feet. There also were no dishrags or dish soap to do our dishes. The TV wouldn't work, and we didn't receive a text about checking out until after we left. We lowered the blinds and they wouldn't raise again. All in all it was frustrating and communication was scanty and non helpful.
