Great Location- Horrible Process

The location of this was great in proximity to downtown- a very easy walk. The condo was small, but very clean and comfortable Unfortunately, the process to actually rent this property involved several invasive steps (to prove identity) and the downloading of at least three apps. None of which were done before the full payment was taken. The process took over a week and was very stressful. Also, the unit was right beside a dog park (3 feet away), so if you are a light sleeper, it will be a long night. I ended up leaving property a day early.

Web provided by your site was invalid. Locked out of room @1:30am. No personal available. Eventually got ahold of someone on your site to over ride lock. No code provided for amenity area or outside side door. Could not get back in building until someone walked in. Manager of building did not answer phone. Ask security to have manager talk to me and they never showed up. Keurig didn't work or tv. Totally unexceptable experience. Requesting refund. Only stayed 1 night. Payed for 2. Also facility pictured downtown which was false. I need someone to respond.
