We had a very positive experience at the Hilton Ocean Beach Club in Virginia Beach and would definitely consider staying here again. The check-in process was easy and straightforward, which made arriving and getting settled in completely hassle-free.One of the biggest positives was the owner's communication. The owner was extremely quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance. That responsiveness made us feel comfortable knowing that help was available if needed and really added to the overall experience.The location is excellent. It's very convenient to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and everything else Virginia Beach has to offer. It was a great home base for our vacation, allowing us to enjoy the area without spending a lot of time traveling back and forth.The accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The property itself was a great place to relax after spending time at the beach.The only real drawback was the pools. They are relatively small, and during peak times they can become overcrowded. This wasn't a major issue for us since the beach is such a big part of the Virginia Beach experience, but it's something future guests should be aware of if they plan to spend a lot of time at the pools.Overall, the positives definitely outweighed this minor issue. The easy check-in, excellent location, comfortable stay, and the owner's quick communication made this a great stay.
