It’s perfect for any couples,small groups, or business travelers looking to stay close to downtown! It features a great kitchen, dining/work area, comfortable sofa sleeper, full bathroom, &two private bedrooms! **We provide a queen size air mattress to reach the max sleeping arrangements for 8 people.
Our 2 bedroom unit is part of a building with three other similar units. You will have a king sized bed in the master along with double bunks in the second bedroom. The living room has plenty of room to hang out and relax along with a kitchen to allow you to eat in if you choose! **Please note, the kitchen only has a mini fridge.

We provide off street parking along with plenty of on street free parking if you choose.
We have a keyless entry system which allows you to come and go with a code instead of a key.
We will not be at the property but are local and available at any time!
We are located just outside of downtown (1.5 miles) and to the west of Germantown. We are a very short drive to everything Nashville's downtown and Germantown have to offer!
Our unit is very centrally located. We are a very short Uber/Lyft ride to all of downtown and Nashville's best neighborhoods.
