This is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome with a furnished balcony and porch, each overlooking the excitement of downtown Ocean City. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunburst 101 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The modern and bright living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Right off of the kitchen is a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen television and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a television. The third bedroom has a double bed and a television. The third full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to nine people, so bring the whole family!

Two negatives: on the main road in Ocean City so street noise was bad as bedrooms are on that side of the building and lots of really narrow steep stairs. Anyone with issues climbing stairs might want to reconsider. Positives: good location on 16th street, lots of bedroom space, three full baths and completely equipped kitchen. Very light and airy, in good repair even late in the season. Garage is big enough for two cars. Rental firm was great to work with.

Loved that there was enough beds to sleep 7. Loved that it was near the boardwalk and restaurants. Did not love that it was across the street from a very busy fire station or on busy Philadelphia Ave. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to make meaks including a blender for our pina coladas. The property management was very efficient and sent a maintenance man to fix a broken door handle within an hour.

Relatively new midtown townhome

3 full bath, master bedroom, plus two nice size bedroom. Big kitchen, dining rooo & living room. Nice wrap around deck, two car garage. Only 1 1/2 blocks to beach. 1 block to Starbucks & CVS. Many nearby restaurants. I would rent this pace again. Reasonable price. ONly complaint is that it sits right on Ocean Highway & with the windows open is noisy, especially with loud motorcycles & emergency vehicles.

Close to everything, but very noisy

This unit is spacious and generally well maintained. The private garage makes things very convenient. We had two major issues: 1. We were told the unit was recently cleaned and sanitized and walked into a house that looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Surely, due to Covid-19, no one had stayed in either, but one toilet was un-flushed (eeew!) and the other toilets and all bathrooms in general, clearly, weren't cleaned after someone stayed in there. We called the management company and a cleaning crew came in within a couple of hours to clean and did a good job. 2. The unit is located at a very busy intersection and windows aren't able to keep the noise out. We had trouble sleeping at nights. We had to run white-noise app on our phones to drown out the noises from the street. Thanks!

I picked this place because I was putting a girls trip together. We enjoyed our time here this weekend. The place was very clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the Boardwalk. It’s in walking distance to stores as well as places to eat. I will be returning with my family! The only thing I would like for them to add is more channels to the cable package.

Great Family Place to Stay

We had 2 adults and 3 children 5 yrs old and under. This place had more then enough room and was very convenient for all our outings and right near the boardwalk. The wrap around deck was also a great plus!
