Capri 1308 is a stylish ocean view condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a great view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days!

The living room is decorated with geometric patterns and furnished with two matching couches, a chair and a flat-screen television. The larger couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is an intimate dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a double futon, a flat-screen television and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has queen-size bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Very old furniture,ice maker didn't work, countertops very worn, kitchen table marred, and chair covers torn, dirty curtains, broken blinds in both bedrooms, dirty windows, vents were horrible, just packed with dust. Very disappointed in the care of this place, just glad i only chose to stay one week. Oh and only one parking space for a condo that sleeps 8??? Was told my daughter could park a couple blocks down in a lot!!!!!

Outdated and not clean

While the space was great and roomy, we were very disappointed upon arriving. The condo had not been cleaned- coffee grounds in the coffee pot still, sticky floors/counters, all appliances, stains on carpets, ceiling vents, lamp shades, m&ms and giant dust bunnies on the floors, a contact on the bathroom floor, and terrible gross stains on the futon- we had to cover it up! We had to clean everything to feel decent but wouldn’t walk barefoot. Outdated and uncomfortable couches. Beautiful scene from the windows. We will not be back.

Nice location, but not so clean

When we entered the unit we noticed crumbs on the counter and floor, and when we went to get the futon ready to use there were stains all over, so we didn't use it. The next day we discovered dirty dishes, silverware and cups; coffee still in the coffee pot; black marks on the ice; what looked like black mold around the bathtub; hair all over the bathroom and stains on all of the carpets. I called the office, and the office staff was very nice and I was told the manager would call me back. I cleaned up what I could, and waited for a call. The next day I called back and was told that the manager, who is also the owner, was busy, but to let them know everything that was wrong. I was offered to have the cleaning company come in and clean, but I had already cleaned. I was told they will pass the info to the manager. I received a call back and was offered a refund for the cleaning fee. A repairman did come in and look at the ice machine and stated that it would need to be replaced, and we were given 2 ice cube trays. Like I stated, the location was amazing and the women in the rental office were so nice, but the cleanliness of the unit was not acceptable and if the cleaning company was offered when I first called I would have definitely accepted, but I couldn't leave the condo in the condition that it was in.

Everything was closed

beautiful condo. Beautiful ocean view. Everything in the condo was great but closed. Giant indoor pool, sauna, library, game room, basketball court. Even the conference room. Kids were very disappointed. Especially when it rained and there was nothing to do. Condos around us outdoor pools were open. Very upsetting. It was advertised as open. Sent an email to management but it was never responded to. Wanted a discount for the misrepresented amenities but heard nothing back.

Nice vacation rental

This condo was reasonably priced and was a great location. It wasn’t as clean as we’re used to, and the quality of the workmanship was shoddy but we made it work. The pool and other areas were closed due to the virus, which was understandable. I’d rent it again.

Very outdated! Lacking decor! Whoever painted did a very sloppy job! Counters in kitchen are in need of replacement. Curtains look dirty especially living/dining room. One in extra bedroom fell down and no one was near it. Could see from drywall is has been a problem! Stove worked but looking pretty rough! Picture in one bedroom was a winter pic! Not what I would expect at a beach condo. Have rented various condos and this one was disappointing! Not worth what we paid,

Solid not great...

This was notdirect ocean front but I could see the ocean. Close to the beach and the indoor pool was great for the family. Rooms were clean. Did not like the fact I had to turn on the water in the room along with some of the electricity.

We send our maintenance crew to inspect each unit at the beginning of the season, but it seems they did not do a thorough job on this property. Convenient location for a family with children

We enjoyed this condo, especially on the 4th with our view of the North side fireworks. This is a no-frills condo with plenty of room and situated conveniently close to most places including the Fractured Prune and the grocery store. Quick walk to the beach and an indoor pool are nice features during all weather situations. Location is secure. Would be nice if there was Wi-Fi available and some beach accessories like chairs or an umbrella available for use so that you didn't have to buy and/or rent them every day.

Clean, nice ocean view and cheap!

We stayed at the Capri for one week and everything was perfect, the staff was nice, the amenities were great and the distance from the beach was even better. We enjoyed every minute of our family vacation.
