Red Bluff Cottage

Spectacular view of downtown Montgomery and the Alabama River Plain, including a unique view of the state capitol. Many of Montgomery's favorite tourist attractions are within walking distance. Red Bluff is conveniently located near the junction of Interstate 85 and 65.
The space
A wonderful two story raised Victorian Cottage that replicates the other late 19 century homes in the historic Cottage Hill District. Red Bluff Cottage was built in 1987 as a bed and breakfast atop one of the highest points in Montgomery. Renovated in 2023 and reopened as a vacation home.

Beautifully furnished rooms with private baths and upscale linens and towels.

Well lit, off street parking. Enter the lot at the rear entrance from Hanrick Street.

Montgomery Treasure

The Red Bluff Cottage experience was excellent. This cottage was perfect for our friend group of 4 retired couples. The owner, Paul, communicated well before our stay and answered questions quickly. The house had been recently decorated and had a beautiful and comfortable interior. The location was great and within long walking distance or short drive of all the downtown Montgomery tourist sites. The front porch balcony was a great space for our board games. Highly recommend.

The location of the property was excellent for the various sites we wanted to visit. It was large, comfortable, and just what we needed for our family. The only disadvantage at least for one family member, my husband, and myself was the fact that the kitchen and family room is located upstairs. Going up and down the stairs with luggage and groceries was difficult, but fortunately we had our grandson to assist us. However, we definitely enjoyed our stay and do plan to return. I'm hoping this property will be available should the entire family decides to return with us.Thanks again Paul for always being available when I had questions or needed you!!!
