Bedrooms have beds with plush memory foam mattresses, desks, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen has modern appliances and comfortable seating. You can enjoy warm evenings on the patio in the spacious backyard or walk to the nearby parks.
A garage-converted guesthouse with a separate entry is sometimes occupied, with no shared common area.
