Comfortable 2-bedroom house in Chinandega

Flor de Sacuanjoche is a small but pleasant house with 2 bedrooms, beds for a maximum of 6 guests, air conditioning, located in a large garden just 4 kilometers from the city of Chinandega, 5 minutes by vehicle. Ideal house for family outings or business trips for short and long stays. House built on a 14,000 square meter property with 24-hour security, surrounded by lots of nature, fruit trees and many birds. Prices are quoted by number of guests, house is exclusive for the number of guests who reserve. Children must be included to calculate charge.

Casa Flor de Sacuanjoche:
- 1st bedroom: 1 queen-size double bed, air-conditioned room (2 guests).
- 2nd bedroom: 1 full-size double bed and 1 bunk bed, room with air conditioning (3 or 4 guests).
- Coat racks in both rooms.
- Bedding set and bath towel set.
- Ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and the living room.
- 1 toilet and shower for the 2 rooms.
- Dining room with sofa, 4-seater dining table.
- Kitchen area with medium refrigerator, 4-burner stove, blender, plates, glasses, pans, pots, cutlery.
- Laundry area with washing machine and laundry room.
- Covered terrace with hammocks.
- Security 24 hours a day.
- House built on a 14,000 square meter plot of land where 2 more houses are located. Walled area on all 4 sides.

RENT INCLUDES:
- Tap water, propane gas for the kitchen, gardening service, house cleaning service every 4 nights of accommodation, bed linen and bath towels, change of bed linen and bath towels every 4 nights of accommodation.
- Electric energy up to 30 kilowatt hours for each night of accommodation. An extra charge is made at a rate of USD 0.50 for each extra kilowatt consumed.

The house is exclusive for the tenants, there will be no other guests sharing the house, I will not be sharing the house.

Casa flor de Sacuanjoche is built on a 14,000 square meter property where there are 2 other houses. Each house has its own garden area, and then there are the common gardens. The keys to the property will be given by the person who does the security.

Recently, in 2022, the highway leading to the city of Chinandega was widened and the road was elevated and brought closer to the property. Inside the house you cannot hear the vehicles on the road, however, in the hallway of the house you can hear the noise of the vehicles a little.

Polyalthia Longifolia trees known in Nicaragua as monks have been planted to counteract noise pollution in the corridor, however, they will take time to grow.
