About this property
A standalone hideaway in the lower gardens, perfect for slow living and total autonomy.
Set within the lower gardens, The Dragonfly Cottage is a standalone jewel box of design. As our most independent offering, it provides a sense of complete immersion in the earthy, elemental landscape. With a private terrace and a fully functional compact kitchen, it is a self-contained sanctuary for the modern wanderer seeking a creative reset away from the world.
The property has exterior communal spaces that are shared by two other suites on site. We have one laundry area which is shared with guests upon inquiry, and our staff. We ask to please be respectful to guests and staff while on property. You are encouraged to lie in the grass, eat dinner outside, slip into the rhythms of the land, and feel free to say hello and let us know how social / solitary you might want your time to be.
In October of 2009, Page Springs Road became the first Historical and Scenic road named in Yavapai County, and while it has changed a lot since then, the road, and the people, are relatively the same. Page Springs is a community within Cornville that is truly a hidden gem. The road is winding and curves through the hillsides like a snake through grass. There are wineries, and Breweries, and sometimes on the weekend Gary puts his sign out for his Rock Shop. Tell him Drew sent you and see if you get a smile. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Sedona.
Occasionally, we do have other guests and family/friends residing on the property. While your privacy will be respected, you should know that there may be activity happening from time to time as a part of normal life on the property. The yard is available for pets to run around but be aware that the yard is not completely fenced in. Please do not leave dogs unleashed or unattended.
Guest parking is located on the main driveway into the property. Please feel free to park in front of the red rocks, facing the cottage. A redwood rail and stairs will guide you down to the entrance of the Dragonfly Cottage.

Our home is situated in the perfect location that is both central and secluded. Located on Page Springs Road just off 89A directly between Downtown Sedona and Cottonwood. Flagstaff is 40 minutes away and the ghost town of Jerome is roughly 20-30 minutes out. Guests flying in can find the closest airport in Phoenix which is 2 hours away and has a shuttle drop off directly to the area, as well as Flagstaff’s smaller commercial airport just 40 minutes out.
The historic Page Springs Road is surrounded by mature trees, beautiful foliage and wildlife. The street itself is not walkable so you would need to drive a mile down the road and park across from Up the Creek Grill and walk to Oak Creek. There you can fish or relax on the waterside and watch the cranes. Just before you get to the parking area, the bubbling ponds are on your right and connect via trail to the wooded fish hatchery. There are multiple exciting wine tasting rooms within 3 miles of our home (on our street) to visit, including the beautiful DA Ranch. Past there, at the very end of the road (6 miles) is Brewha, a social eatery that has an amazing vibe and delicious cocktails. Tell them Drew sent you and they’ll make you feel like family there.
The entire Halliday House property consists of a total of 5 king beds across three separate units that are interconnected by pea gravel pathways through and around the land. The Sunshine House (3 Beds), The Garden Room (1 Bed), and The Dragonfly Cottage (1 Bed). They were lovingly refreshed and are being finished through an artistic and natural process of refining as the needs of the family change. Halliday House is a family home that reflects a collection of stories, artistic endeavors, and scavenged local materials and furnishings. They are cute, cozy, well appointed, and pretty unique. All feature a bathroom, shower/tub, and large plush king size beds with 100% cotton bedding, individual AC Mini Split Units, filtered drinking weather, and fast wifi. All Cleaning Fees are paid entirely to our Housekeeping team!

This is a lovely little place. It is perfect for 2 people. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a little quiet time away from the busier town area. Very clean yet cozy! Such a wonderful stay!
Drew's property was just lovely. Peaceful setting, nicely furnished, beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway and just minutes to several great wineries. Would definitely recommend.
