A beautiful brick exterior leads through to the inviting interior that features the perfect balance of 1940s ambiance and updated home comforts including a fully remodeled kitchen and modern furnishings. You'll also find TVs in each bedroom and two of the bedrooms with their own private entrances from outdoors.

For those fortunate Masters ticket-holding patrons, the gates of Augusta National are just four miles away. Everyday golfers can dream about donning a green jacket while enjoying a casual round at one of the great nearby courses like Augusta Municipal or Forest Hills Golf Course. The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center and Piedmont Augusta are each within a two-mile drive, making this a great option for traveling nurses and healthcare professionals. Downtown Augusta is only three miles away for shopping, dining, and local parks.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Security camera details: There is a camera on each porches towards the road/driveway, one on the back staircase/neighbor’s house, one on the side screened porch, one on the back corner of the house, and a doorbell camera.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
