New owners of “Sevens by The Sea” welcome you to their top floor oceanfront escape at the coveted Amelia by the Sea. Come stay in this newly updated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. It offers comfortable and clean accommodations with sweeping views of the pool, pier, and ocean. With easy access to the front door directly at the elevator, it is a breeze to haul groceries and beach gear up and down.
There is a king bed in the master, the first guest room has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed, but an additional twin bed as well. One bathroom is in the hall between the guest rooms, and one bathroom is en suite to the master.
The 780 ft fishing pier with seating benches is private for owners and guests and provides rinse stations and pole holders for every fisherman's needs. A newly renovated oceanfront pool, community grills, and two tennis courts with one marked for Pickle-ball are additional amenities to help make your stay enjoyable.
A maximum of one vehicle is permitted to park on the Amelia by the Sea premises. Vehicle must display a parking pass in the dashboard in order to avoid towing. Parking pass will be provided upon check-in. A second parking pass may be available based on occupancy but is not guaranteed.
