What a great home! Perfect for a group of 8. Although the weather wasn't great for using the dock I can imagine it's a wonderful perk when the weather cooperates. Can't say enough about the host....Katie was super easy to work with and very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Restful and Relaxing

This is our second time coming to this beautiful homey beach house 😁 It’s like home away from home from the beautiful backyard and deck with the peaceful water views to the fully stocked kitchen to make wonderful meals in 😁 Truly you only need to bring your clothes because they provide and think of everything 😁 And Katie is wonderful to work with and will do everything she can to accommodate and meet all your needs 😁 And of course the beach is just a couple of blocks away and is a very nice walk 😁 We are looking forward to coming back again 😁

We stayed at KT’s place for a golf trip with 12 friends, and it was perfect for our group. The house was spacious and comfortable, with all the bedrooms exactly as described. The outdoor patios were a highlight—peaceful, accommodating, and great for relaxing together. The location was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Everyone in our group agreed we’d love to come back. Thanks, KT, for a wonderful stay!

Awesome! Just like the pictures show!

The house is in great condition, the bathrooms and the kitchen were super clean. This owner has truly utilized every inch of this property in making sure that you have just as much to do outside as you do inside. The covered porches and the breezeway underneath make for excellent shaded areas with great breezes. The owner has really made sure that everything you need is in the home. It’s almost like you own another home, and everything you need is already there. We had sheets and towels and beach towels and laundry detergent, and trash bags and toilet paper and pots and pans and Herbs and spices and a hairdryer and blankets and pillows, coffee filters, coffee maker, double ovens, cooktop range, two refrigerators for extra drinks, storage shelves, TV’s, music, fireplace, wet bar, board games, kayaks, you name it, it’s there! This owner also provided a list of local events and activities and suggested several great restaurants. Anytime you have an opportunity to rent from this owner, you need to do so ASAP!
