Enjoy this remodeled 1920s, three-bedroom, two & a half bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a peaceful front and back patio. Enjoy our recently installed fire pit in the backyard! Conveniently located a few blocks from some of our favorite restaurants, shopping, wine, and antiques. Kobza Haus is perfect for groups of friends and couples looking to escape the city. Come, escape to Round Top and stay a while!

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $35 in your total. Great Holiday House

Very comfortable house with nice kitchen and dining area. We have rented before for Christmas and New Years family gatherings and kids have asked to come back. Love the large fire pit out back and front porch with lots of seating. Walking distance to shops and the eating/drinking establishments. Lindsey is the best and will take good care of you.

we will be back!!!

Fabulous location, once you park your vehicle you can get to everything with a short walk!!! Front porch is great for relaxing and visiting your guest. Back yard has a wonderful gas firepit for evenings. The house is so very comfortable for get together with old friends.

Home was wonderful with all the amenities you could ever need. Lindsey was great and was very helpful with suggestions as this was our first trip to Round Top.The location of this home was unbeatable,stores and restaurants all within walking distance.
