-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $28 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

- There is no washer or dryer located in the casita.

- Cell service can be limited depending on your provider.

-There is a window unit in the bedroom that is not quiet.

-You are welcome to say hello to the neighboring goats, but please do not feed them or attempt to cross the fence.
