Perfect beach getaway

We live in south Florida but are from Daytona Beach so coming back to the area was our goal and New Smyrna Beach has the perfect beach town atmosphere. This unit is the perfect level for sitting on the balcony watching the day and pelicans go by. Owner is super to work with and the unit has great decor. Highly recommend you stay here

Property beach access directly on ocean, walking distance to Flagler 3 blocks . 6 th floor balcony spacious amazing view and a few enjoyable surprises. Find out for yourself.

Great Beach location!!

The condo was clean, well designed, and equipped with everything we could have needed. Location could not be more convenient -- right on the beach and easy drive to Flagler Ave and downtown stores and restaurants. We will consider staying there again next time we travel to New Smyrna Beach!

Cozy Condo Overlooking the Beach

This was a very cozy condo on the top floor overlooking the beach with spectacular views of sunrises over the beach. The host was very responsive to our needs and requests. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful penthouse condo!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet. All amenities were updated and current. The location is central to so many NSB shops and restaurants. Communication with Linda was very throrough and she provided everything we needed to know well in advance of arrival. We look forward to future stays with this great host!

The condo was exactly as pictured, beautiful views and everything we needed for a remarkable stay. We greatly appreciated, the thoughtful extras, beach chairs etc. We loved our short walk to Flagler Ave, and not having to worry about parking.

Great stay. We have stayed at this unit 5 times, first time since Linda purchased. Great upgrades. Some problems with the elevator after the last hurricane but that wasnt preventable and Linda was great to deal with.

This was the first time in this condo. We have stayed in three other condo by VRBO at this site. This condo was one of the best! View is outstanding, clean, bed was comfortable, and chairs on balcony were comfy. We watched the sun rise peach morning have coffee. Saw dolphins and watched surfers, walkers and fishermen. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. If I had to say one thing it needed, was a safety bar in the shower. There was nothing to hold onto when you washed your feet.

Better Than Described!

Linda’s Ocean Front unit was perfectly situated for a very relaxing and enjoyable week at NSB. The top floor unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The building staff were friendly and helpful. The short walk to Flagler St couldn’t have been better — just far enough away but there when we wanted it. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that wants amazing ocean views, relaxation and comfort. We will be back!!!

Sea Turtle NSB

We had an amazing stay at the Sea Turtle Penthouse. The condo is spotless and very comfortable. The views of the ocean from inside and from the balcony are heavenly . The soothing sounds of the ocean waves are constant and peaceful. Our host was amazing and was readily available if needed.. the location is perfectly situated. walking distance to Flagler, Publix is nearby and one of our favorite restaurants The Garlic is close by as well. It’s just about a quick hour and 10 minutes from All of Orlandos theme parks.We hope to return there soon. I highly recommend this property. Until next time New Smyrna Beach

Great location

Loved the location, everything you need. Pool, ocean, amazing view, walking distance to the main drag with shops and restaurants!! The kind size bed was soooo comfortable. They have a shark stick to help clean up all the sand! My only downside was if you are a light sleeper it will be hard.. the a/c kicking on and off at night is so loud unless I was in a dead sleep I had trouble sleeping. I imagine this is in the whole building as the unit is right in the room. Still love this place! And Linda was soo amazing and easy to work with!!! Thank you Linda!!!!

The penthouse and view were perfect. The sunrise was magical and it was so much fun to watch the surfers every morning. There were wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the staff at the complex was extremely helpful. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. We hope to return to this destination.

Why they chose this property

It is always fun to walk Flagler Avenue. The bars on this strip may have entertainment at any time of the day. There are several restaurant choices and unusual gift shops. At various times throughout the year there could be parades or wine walks. A short ride will take you to Canal Street with more of the above!

What makes this property unique

The Sea Turtle Penthouse has such an amazing view! The balcony is private and spans the length of the living area and bedroom. The condo has been newly renovated with a King size bed and an open up couch. Nothing is missing in the well appointed kitchen. Two pools and the resorts' private beach are available for your enjoyment!
