One bedroom, one bath condo located in the heart of Catalina Foothills that has access to a community pool and walking distance from bars and restaurants. This fully furnished 2nd-story condo is fully updated with new appliances such as a new washer/drier and a granite kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. The living room area has a couch with a fold-out bed allowing 4 people to sleep comfortably as well as a dog bed for your furry friend. High-speed internet is included with a TV that includes most streaming services and a DVD player to watch your favorite movies. Access to the community pool and jacuzzi is around the corner. Enjoy one free covered parking spot in front of the condo. The grocery store, various restaurants, a drug store, and Starbucks are all a 5-minute walk away. Sabino Canyon offers various hiking trails and is only a short 10-minute drive.

Fair and reasonable. Lovely area.

Overall we liked the property. Very clean and great location. Bathroom tub was difficult to enter for older adults. Plenty of linens and towels. View of the mountains was limited but overall a nice place to stay.

Convenient location. We did notice in the bathroom, the left side of the glass shelf was loose. Also, the shower pressure was too soft when we turned the handle towards the hot side.

Great Location

Property was well stocked and organized. Very nicely located with walking distance to multiple services and restaurants. Owner responded quickly to minor repairs needed for washer and dryer. Would defiantly stay again. Tom
