Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Two of the bathroom toilets were dirty but the host said because I didn't tell them right away there's nothing they could do for me. One of the toilets had faeces smired on the handle you push to flush. I asked for one night to be credited but they all but accused me of manufacturing the problem and I don't appreciate being called a liar. I'll never stay there again and it put a damper on how I feel about VRBO.
