Incredibly well presented and appointed, with all amenities anyone could ask for. Great communication with host leading up to the stay, check in/access spot on, just a seamless, no problem experience in a condo that has been finished to a great standard, with a superb lanai with a magnificent view and setting. Outstanding, and a genuinely thoughtful host/owner.

Wonderful hostess. Great communication. Elevator was broken and hostess was generous about compensating about that situation. Condo was neat and clean well appointed. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay

The beachfront location was so beautiful. The lanai has an incredible view of the ocean. We saw whales from there. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. The owner is super thoughtful and the coffee was delicious.

My wife and I travel to the Hawaiian islands every year for our wedding anniversary, this year marked our 24th year. With that said, this property is one of our top three places we’ve ever stayed. Great location respective to Kona town and South Kona, furnishings were perfect (no clutter), and Brittany thought of all the things we may need. Easy check in and check out, great views, honestly i have nothing negative to say about the property, we’ll be back for sure.

Perfect stay!

Everything about this property is top notch. The host was amazing, adding personal touches to greet us upon arrival. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The best part of the gorgeous condo was the large lanai looking out onto the ocean. The sound of the waves was calming and the ocean breeze refreshing. The location was close to town and grocery stores. If we ever make it back to the big island, we would definitely book this place again!

Lots of positives about this condo. The location on the water is the main plus. Furnishings were modern and in great condition. Comfortable seating inside and out. The lanai is quite large and sunsets are beautiful. Having 2 comfortable king beds is a plus for 2 couples. The condo is equipped with everything you might need. The pool was nice; small, but adequate. AC is necessary in this location, so great that it is there. The location is great for access to all of the Kona Coast. Food tip: Beachside Birria Taco Stand next to the church next door is GREAT! The cons are not really specific to this condo, but to the Kona Nalu property. There is a lot of street noise that can be heard through the single pane louvered windows in the kitchen and front bedroom. Seems like there were garbage trucks at the dumpsters every morning we stayed. But, ear plugs are provided in this unit. The parking spaces are a little tight and difficult to maneuver (smaller cars are best). You have to drive to get to any swimming beaches and most are pretty far. Also, not walking distance to downtown Kailua.

Amazing Condo in Kona

This is an amazing condo with every amenity you could possibly think of. The view from the lanai is beautiful! Great location close to dining and shopping. It feels private and serene when inside or out relaxing on the massive lanai. Furnishings are modern and air conditioning works wonderfully! Looking forward to a return stay on a future trip to Kona. 🌺

Kona Nalu

This was hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST property we’ve ever stayed at! Everything about this unit is first rate. Modern, beautifully decorated, top of the line appliances, a spectacular lanai view, central a/c that works great, the beautiful lanai with wine cooler and ceiling fans, even a covered parking spot for your vehicle. And did I mention the incredible lanai!!! (I think you get the idea) Your host, Brittany, is super to deal with and has thought of everything to make your visit pleasant, from a tray of island goodies to the emergency flashlights in every side table! We loved our visit and HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great Big Island visit.
