About this property
Cozy Historic Downtown House. Pet Friendly!
Welcome to our relaxing and cozy bungalow near the sea and downtown in beautiful Saint Petersburg, Fl. We are a 3 min bike ride away bike ride away from Lassing Park/Waterfront. We are a 3 min walk to the luscious Bartlett Park and local historic restaurant, The Chattaway. A 3 min drive to the heart of Downtown Saint Petersburg which includes the pier and endless food options. The house is completely furnished with everything you need. Smart TV's in every room, coffee, Wi-Fi 400 Mbps, Beach Toys, Corn Hole, Fully stocked kitchen, Linen and dog amenities. Enjoy our big open yards (front and back) for your fur babies and family. Relax and soak up the Sunshine City in our lovely home.
Other things to note:
This is a pet friendly home. We have a fully fenced in back and front yard. You must pick up after your pet and absolutely no pets on furniture or bedding. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pets.
All Dogs must be housebroken and up-to-date on shots and must be crated if left in the house unattended. Dogs must be well behaved (even when crated) - excessive noise/barking is not allowed in respect of our neighbors.
*There is a pet fee of $100 for up to two pets for the stay. If you are bringing more than 2 pets, please let us know as there may be an additional charge. This additional amount is added after the reservation is accepted*
