About this property

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fire pit, Jacuzzi, BBQ.
All rooms besides the “Super Hero” room has a king size bed and tv. All rooms are decorated with a theme. Create lots of memories with friends and family in the game room with 2 arcade machines (Pacman and NBA Jam/NBA Hangtime) and a foosball table. Good size backyard with playground. Guests have access to the whole property except the basement. Tenants in basement only have access to the basement. It has a separate entrance. Check into the property quickly and easily with smart lock front door.
4 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom on each wing. All the rooms have a king size bed with a TV except “SUPER HERO” room. “SUPER HERO” room has 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 Queen beds. Sleeps up to 16 people. Also has a pack n play available.

5 minutes away from UVU. 15 to BYU. 25 to Sundance. 3 car garage plus you can park directly behind garage. 6 Parking spots and you can also park on the street as there is no HOA. Walking distance to Utah lakes with lots of trails.
