Great view from the house and dock. Enjoyed the pool table. Even played a little Galaga. Plentiful TVs. Saw lots of deer. Really enjoyed the location. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed.

Our family spent 4 nights. Very relaxing and peaceful. Our kids really enjoyed their time here therefore it was an enjoyable time for us, the parents. We’ll definitely book the property again.

We had a wonderful relaxing time! The lake was beautiful, and this little cove was super peaceful and quiet. We floated, kayaked and swam off the dock, played cards and had fun with family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill, and the property was very clean and well-appointed.We went into Albemarle and had a nice dinner at Pizzantica, and really enjoyed our visit to the Starworks Gallery and workshop- a really cool and unexpected find with pottery and glass blowing! Absolutely would recommend, and look forward to returning!Communication with the host was fast and clear, super simple check-in and -out.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. Water depth at dock was perfect for fishing and swimming. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed for cooking, although we did not cook alot. Be sure to get breakfast at the Twin Harbors Cafe and definitely eat lunch and/or dinner at River Wild. Great location!

Our grown family of 4 stayed here for the Christmas week, and what a magical stay! I grew up in this area and this was the perfect location for us to stay, rest, and visit our family. The house and porches were perfect, and the view was amazing. I hope we can make this our go-to place to stay. Our host was responsive and thoughtful. This is the BEST place!

Enjoyed privacy and quiet of this property in the off season. Cabin was comfortable and clean. Might not be suitable for young children or the elderly that can’t negotiate the numerous stairs to the water.
