About this property
The Miner's Den - NEW 4BED Executive Home
Guests first enter the home through the front porch, which allows plenty of space for shoes, coats and other gear. Through the living room, you'll find two full size couches in a nice conversation setting, as well as a fireplace and 58" smart TV.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a double door fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, a large table and plenty of cupboard space. Guests can then access the patio & backyard through the sliding door. The master bedroom has a large closet as well as a private workspace.
Going up the stairs, there are two large bedrooms with large closets as well as a 4 piece bathroom. Downstairs, guests will find the 4th bedroom, as well as games corner. Entertain yourself with darts, miniature pool, foosball, air hockey or board games! Guests also have access to the laundry facilities in the basement.
The driveway can accomodate 4 vehicles front-to-back, allowing plenty of space of trucks & trailers. The OFSC trail is within 1km from the front door and can be accessed by the end of the street.

Guests have access to the entire home & yard during their stay.
The Miner's Den is located on a quiet, dead end street, minutes away from many local amenities.
Please note there is no bathroom on the main floor of the home. The main bathroom is upstairs, and there is a half bathroom downstairs.
Throughout winter months:
Please note overnight street parking is not permitted during winter months.
A snow removal contractor has been hired for winter months (November - March). We ask that guests remove their vehicles from the driveway to allow the contractors to completely clear the driveway when they come by. If guests aren't able to move their vehicles/trailers, we ask that they park them closest to the backyard to allow the snow removal team to clear as much of the driveway as possible.

We take great pride in The Miner's Den, and to ensure future guests can continue to enjoy the space we ask that you abide to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in financial penalties.
1) Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking/vaping is permitted outside, and cigarette butts MUST be disposed in proper receptacles (not thrown on ground).
2) Guests are asked to avoid excessive noise after 10pm and before 7am to respect neighbours.
3) This home is not suitable for large gatherings or events, and the property's total capacity is 8 for sleeping.
Upon checking out, guests are asked to:
1) Start the dishwasher
2) Double check for your personal belongings
3) Lock all doors
