Our comfortably furnished home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a semi-private fenced in backyard. Relax in our airy living room after a sunny day at the beach or kick-back in our semi-private fenced in back yard where you will find a new grill and outdoor seating for your entertainment!
The kitchen is brand new floors and back splash. It is equipped with all kitchenware, stainless steel appliances, liquor bar, kitchen island, and dining table. In the living room, There is a large and open sectional sofa with a Big screen smartTV for relaxing in.

Cozy and good location!
First time in Atlantic City, we were really happy to discover this cute, cozy and full equipped house when we arrived.
We were travelling with two teenagers and a young adult and they really appreciated too!
Every day, we walked to the beach (a 15 minutes walk) using the boardwalk and we liked that we could borrow chairs, beach umbrellas and a little caddy to get there!
The waves were super fun.
In the house, we appreciated the AC, the big couch, the playstation and the king size bed in the master bedroom.
We would gladly go back next time.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly renovated home on the edge of downtown Atlantic City, NJ. Centrally located and with easy access to all parts of Atlantic City, this neighborhood is extremely safe, friendly, and within walking distance of tons of great breakfast cafes, shopping and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
Starting at the Maine Avenue Promenade, this pristine beach is locals only, but free to the public. This family-friendly beach doesn’t get crowded, so it’s still possible to find a secluded spot. Only a 5-7 minute walk, the powdery sand of this local beach does have a few free public parking spots.
