Overall we were satisfied with the home, according to the reviews we were the first to rent. But A few things that might help in the future: 1. Have towels already in the bathrooms, along with enough for the amount of people that the home sleeps. Along with wash cloths. 2. There was no paper towels or extra toilet paper. Most places at least provide one roll of paper towels and enough toilet paper for all bathrooms. If not here, then it needs to be specified that it needs to be brought.
3. Some of the bedding was dirty. I assume that it was cleaned once and due to us being the first rental they it probably wasn't checked again. But this was a issue for some. 4. I was only asked to strip the pillow cases..... So not sure if that meant they weren't washing the sheets or what but we felt a little uncomfortable with that. 5. The outside seemed a little run down. It is a nice house, in a nice neighborhood. But a coat of paint on the fences and house would help a lot. The space out back around the pool needed some help too.
Like I said we took a gamble renting, knowing that it had never been rented before so just wanted to give some ideas that might better help the guest stay.
