Overall our stay was great. The few negatives were the poor outside lighting (a little unsettling especially considering the possibility of wildlife hanging around) at night and the mattresses definitely need to be changed. A few positives were the location (everything you'll need within minutes) and the view from the porch is gorgeous. The cabin was spacious and clean. They definitely should make it more known to have a vehicle with excellent horsepower going up and down the hills LMBO. Don't come here with a lil 4 cylinder lol.
Cozy cabin with plenty of space, Beautiful views, and privacy! If I could change anything it would be to accommodate your guests that have toddlers/infants with pack and plays/ highchairs. Other than that, it was great!
We loved our stay at this cabin. It had a beautiful view. Not totally secluded, but not overly crowded. Only downside for us is would have been nice to be a little more baby friendly. We had our 9 month old, no high chair, no pack n play, no walker or anything along those lines. Otherwise, great place and time!
We booked with the expectation that we would be receiving what our money was paying for, a very simple expectation though upon our arrival we were immediately mistaken. As stated on the booking website, there was an active, useable hot tub, which we found out was completely broken, did not hold water, and was filthy. When we called in regard to this, we were told it was a “small leak” although it emptied immediately. We were also told we could refill it ourselves- not an acceptable answer when this is something we expected out of our rental. (Pictures available) all windows had hand prints, mouth prints etc, and window sills were filled with bugs (pictures available). The bathroom tub and sink retained water and did not drain- I cannot express how repulsive this was. We contacted fireside via email and phone call and requested these to be addressed. I requested at minimum to receive cleaning supplies, new linens since they were stained, and was ignored. Further issues we came across we did not call on due to seeing the extreme lack of care, holes in the couch covered by pillows(pictures available), broken toaster, built up dust in multiple areas (pictures available), pool table could only be used verses using both pool table and air hockey table. We booked with the guarantee we would have everything we paid for, and the basic cleanliness we also have to pay for. Rubberbands on the floor that were from previous guests. Absolutely filthy walls. We expected to use the hot tub as
