Our guests enjoy access to a wide range of amenities:

• Fully equipped gym.
• On-site parking is available for a fee of $20.00 per night.
• Communal laundry facilities with washers and dryers are available at $0.75 each. (Turns must be scheduled in advance.)
• Outdoor pool is open from May to September (Memorial Day to Labor Day).
• High-speed Wi-Fi is provided in common areas for your convenience.

Please be advised that the building's front desk operates only until 10:00 PM.

Getting Around:
Convenient daily bus routes to downtown Washington make exploring the city hassle-free. The downtown bus stop is conveniently located just across the street. Within half a mile, you'll find the Courthouse and Clarendon Metro stops, providing easy access to public transportation. Additionally, Arlington Blvd offers straightforward road access to all Potomac River bridges.

Other Things to Note:
Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which includes some basics products for the personal care and for cooking

Please note that there is some construction going on in the Crystal City area, which may generate some noise during the day and night. Thank you very much for your understanding!

We do not provide wash cloth.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature.

Pool only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day).
